To ensure that our tasty cheeses arrive to you at the correct temperature, we pack them in home compostable packaging (just toss in your compost pile) with reusable ice/gel packs.  We limit the transit time to 2 days or less.  Unfortunately we're unable to ship to PO boxes, due to the perishable nature of our cheese.

As of now, addresses that cannot be reached within 2 days using ground transportation will be charged 2-day air fees based on UPS or FedEx rates.
